Print Design
- 20% (of gross amount) to be paid as a deposit before any design work will commence and is non-refundable.
- All required information must be supplied in full to hello@designtwenty1.com stating any special requirements or specific designs that may be needed.
- A first draft will be submitted to you, which you can request any changes or modifications to the design or request for a new design to be drafted, where you will provide more information to achieve the desired design. After the second draft has been submitted to you once again can request any changes or modifications to the design but no full redesigns will be allowed.
- Once you have approved the design this will now be classed as final and no other changes will be made. If you require changes after this stage a surcharge may apply. We will now send you the final full resolution size you require in your desired format, unless you are having them printed through us therefore please see Printing T&C’s.
- No Templates, PSD, AI, ID files will be supplied as part of the final price. If you would like to purchase these please contact us for a separate quote.
- All print design quotes are valid for 14 days from quote being sent, after this time a new quote is required.
Printing
- Design Twenty1 accept no reasonability for any spelling, punctuation or images mistakes unless the mistake is caused through a printing error, as the client would have had a number of chances to proof read the design.
- Full payment is required before any designs are sent to print.
- There will be a charge for delivery which will be dependant on quantity and weight.
- Once you receive your printed items any flaws or printing error (In accordance with Printing Term 1) must be reported to us within 48 hours. We will then investigate the error and take action accordingly.
- All our print work is printed at 300dpi in CYMK.
- All printing quotes are valid for 14 days from quote being sent, after this time a new quote may be required.
Maintenance Packages
- DesignTwenty1’s official opening hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Any information submitted to us before or after these times will be dealt with the next working day.
- Our maintenance packs include the creation, addition and updating of images,text and pages.
- Any of the above requirements must be submitted to DesignTwenty1 through our email address: hello@designtwenty1.com, specifically stating the content the customer wishes to be added/edited and its location on the existing page.
- Each maintenance pack will only supply ONE website.
- The maintenance packs are allotted a specific amount of time each month to work on the customer’s existing web pages; this will be stated in the customer’s agreement. If DesignTwenty1 believe that the work the customer requires will extend past the allotted time, they will inform the customer in advance before proceeding with the work.
- If the customer consents to this extended work they will be subject to an additional hourly rate stated in term 7.
- DesignTwenty1’s hourly rates are £25 per hour.
- DesignTwenty1’s maintenance packs require a three-month deposit in advance of any work commencing. THIS IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Once work commences a monthly payment of the amount stated in the customer’s agreement is expected. See term 9.
- Payment must be received by the first day of each month, to ensure that the customer’s allotted time is spread out over the course of a month. If payment is delayed, work will cease and the customer will only have until the end of the month to use their allotted hours.
- If the customer wishes to add any additional content which are not covered by the maintenance pack, they are required to submit a written request, which will be subject to a supplementary cost in term 11.
- Supplementary costs start from £15 depending on content.
- Any data or material submitted to DesignTwenty1 will be dealt with within 48 hours of being sent.
- Customers have a right to cancel the agreement at any time, subject to ten days notice, which must be submitted to DesignTwenty1.
- DesignTwenty1 have the right to cancel the agreement at any time, subject to ten days notice, which must be communicated to the customer in question.
